By purchasing a reading, online programme or coaching package with Sammy Sturgess via sammysturgess.com or otherwise you acknowledge that these services are non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to make your appointment please notify Sammy Sturgess via email (at sammy@sammysturgess.com) no later than 5 days prior to your Akashic Records reading or coaching appointment, at which point Sammy will offer to reschedule your reading.

Cancelling within 5 days will result in loss of the booking and you will be asked to book and pay again.

Re. Akashic Records readings: Sammy spends several hours in your Akashic Record preparing for your reading prior to your appointment and due to nature of this work being energetically taxing, that is carried out of the course of several days before your appointment.

Client Responsibilities and Liability Release

I understand that Sammy Sturgess will only access my Akashic Record with my express permission for the purpose of this reading and subsequent readings, and with intention of my highest good.

I understand an Akashic Records reading with Sammy Sturgess is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any diseases, injuries or mental and physical health conditions. Sammy Sturgess is not a healthcare professional and I understand that for medical or mental health support and advice I need to consult a qualified healthcare professional, and that it is my responsibility to seek this support and advice should I require it following a reading with Sammy Sturgess.

I understand and accept that Sammy Sturgess may deliver information to me from my Akashic Record that will elicit a strong emotional reaction and I understand that it is my responsibility to seek support from a qualified mental health professional should I require it.

I understand that change is my own and complete responsibility and that all healing is self-healing.

I understand that Sammy Sturgess is a facilitator in the process of helping me to solve my own problem(s). It is my responsibility to be open and honest, provide accurate feedback, and be forthcoming with details and information that may help me achieve my outcomes.

I understand that Sammy Sturgess may elect not to proceed with the session if she feels it is not in her or in her client’s best interest to do so. Sammy Sturgess takes no fee for a declined session and is not liable for travel costs associated with declining a session. Any pre-payments will be returned.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Sammy Sturgess from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my sessions.

I understand that my name and personal information will be kept completely confidential.

I understand that my Soul Akashic Records reading will be recorded and sent to me via wetransfer after my reading and it is my responsibility to download it within 7 days of receiving it. Sammy Sturgess will not share this recording with anyone, but I share it as I choose.

If I give Sammy Sturgess a testimonial, she will ask my permission before using it online or in any other printed materials.
