Positive thinking is one of the most written about topics in the world of personal growth. However, many of us have become suspicious of this concept for the following reason:
When circumstances in reality don’t reflect what we would prefer to see, it can be easy to dwell on the current situation and find fault with how life is unfolding, even while attempting to remain positive. Despite your best efforts to allow what is, more of the same unpreferable circumstances continue to manifest. It can feel confusing to know how to move forward.
The answer is that your belief systems (which are the thoughts you think over and over again) alter your vibrational state and attract circumstances that reflect this vibration. If the circumstances in your life aren’t to your preference then it’s a result of your vibration and the thoughts associated with it being out of alignment with your true nature - which is love, joy, peace, ease and abundance.
Without dealing with the belief systems that operate ‘under the hood’, positive thinking can have little to no effect, to alter your vibrational state to one that is congruent to you manifesting your soul inspired desires. At best, you’ll experience mixed results.
You have to change the negative thoughts you’re thinking on repeat to ones that reflect the positive and appreciative vibration that lies at your very core. This is how you transform your belief systems.
You’re already in the perfect place to attract everything you want.
You’re just holding yourself back with thoughts that vibrate at the opposite end of the polarity to your soul inspired desires. You can’t be at both poles at once!
So how do we change this vibration?
These three big hitters are the practices that Jeion and I use in our lives EVERYDAY and have found to be super effective in guiding our clients to shift their vibrational state:
Access your Akashic Records, and neutralise outdated karma and beliefs
Align with your core vibration using Vedic Mantra
Identify your belief systems from within your energetic body using Tibetan Tantra
The explosive and integrative power of these practices reveals the dense web of belief systems that you’ve created at the negative end of the polarity so that you can energetically attune to your soul inspired desires via positive thinking.
Let me give you a simple example from my life.
I had this MASSIVE crack in my windscreen that’d been there for MONTHS and I'd been putting off getting it sorted because the thought of losing time and money on this made me feel annoyed. However, that meant that every time I got in my car I had negative thoughts about the crack, my car in general and wasted time and money.
Now, all these thoughts aren’t a clear depiction of who I actually am or what I'm like, but nevertheless they presented themselves because they’re old karmic belief systems trying to release themselves from my system.
I no longer prefer them but I recognised that these belief systems still had the ability to contract my awareness enough to make getting in the car a vibrational landscape of lack and annoyance.
Time to change the vibration using positive thinking!
What I started to do was make statements out loud that reflected a vibration of appreciation for my car and my excitement around keeping it on the road as an awesome part of my life.
“This bloody crack is horrible” became, “I love fixing my car and keeping it looking and working great.”
“This is going to cost me so much money” became, “Having a car makes my life so smooth and gives me time to relax or spend time on my business.”
“This will waste my time” became, “ I love how I prioritise keeping my treasured possessions in good working order. I never end up neglecting things because I'm so organised.”
An exercise like this can be insanely powerful because in saying the positive statements we take our being to a place where these are the reality. As a result our vibration changes (even if temporarily to start with). And when our vibration changes we think additional positive thoughts and the whole thing snowballs until we start to attract a new reality.

Top tip: the ‘replacement’ positive statements must feel true to you.
If you sprain your ankle and it hurts and you can’t walk, saying, “this sprained ankle has magically healed” won't do much. But saying,
“I sprained my ankle because I was in a rush. I was in a rush because I didn't want to be late. I don’t like being late. I like being organised. I’m really going to embrace organisation because it’s reflective of who I am. I rushed this time because I had an unexpected issue to deal with. Sometimes that happens and it’s ok. My client will understand that these things come up so it's ok to call ahead and explain. They’ll understand and I can take my time and enjoy the journey more. This sprained ankle has shown me where I can relax more in life when things outside of my control happen. I’m looking forward to relaxing more”
Positive thinking plus the neutralisation of belief systems is manifestation rocket fuel!
