How to make choices for your own good.

Do you often find yourself second guessing choices that you’ve made - like you can’t quite trust yourself?

You aren’t alone! This topic is the thing that my clients most frequently mention when intention setting for their Akashic Records reading. 

I’m going to share a short practice with you, which I use daily, that you can build into your decision making process using the connection to your soul that you already have. Then you can relax into the flow of your life, and trust that you’re making choices for your own good.

Working with your Akashic Record gives you a betterconnection to your higher mind, a deeper understanding of your soul’s energetic essence, and clears any energetic blocks you’re carrying that get in the way of you living in alignment with that essence. 

This means you’re better able to listen to and act upon your intuition, which is actually the messages that you receive from your soul via your higher mind in your body and your consciousness.

And you’re already receiving these messages. 

You know, that gut feeling, or that feeling of ‘I just know” or ‘I have a funny feeling about this’ - that’s your intuition, your soul whispering to you, and you can practise tuning into these messages more clearly, right now. 

Here’s what to do…

Next time you receive a message from your intuition - act on it. 

There will be those voices listing reasons why you shouldn’t, and telling you it’s not OK. They’re the fears of your conditioned mind, who love to get in the way of you knowing who you really are - which is, by the way, a powerful creator with limitless potential!

Notice the thoughts, acknowledge them, and feel the feelings that these thoughts ignite within your body and recognise that you do not have to act on them. 

Acting on your intuition is THE BEST THING you can do for yourself in that moment.

Rinse and repeat.

The more you practice this, the easier it gets to CHOOSE the whisperings of your soul over the fear of your conditioned mind and therefore make choices for your own good.
